10/22/2004: "I miss Sigma Kappa"
I have a new grandlil, and I'm not there to meet her! Sometimes I don't like being an alumni.
Sellers on eBay who describe their item as something other than it is and then say, "Well, you received it, so be happy" suck.
My mommy fractured her ankle! And it's all because of a stupid neighbor of ours who let her dog out in the front yard without a leash or electric fence collar, and then that dog attacked our dog that my mom was walking and caused my mom to fall. This is the SECOND time that dog has run out to attack our dog, and my parents had each called her the first time it happened to ask her to PLEASE keep that dog on a leash!
Even more infuriatingly, when my mom stood up and realized her ankle didn't feel right, she told the neighbor, "I think I broke my ankle" and the neighbor just grabbed her dog, said she needed to inspect it for bites, and went inside. My mom had to hobble down the street back home by herself! Nevermind HER dog was the one who attacked our dog and was the only one growling and being mean. I'm trying to convince my parents to sue, but my dad has this idea that it needs to be handled in a "neighborly" way. If you ask me, that bitch wasn't acting neighborly by leaving her dog out to attack any dog that walked by and by not helping my mom!

Not to make light of a bad situation, but having just read Melantha's post, perhaps your family's dog could sue? ;-) That is pretty un-neighborly of the other woman, though. Feh on her!Tara, Saturday, October 23rd
