05/18/2004: "Last Angel episode"
This week is the last Angel episode ever. *sob* It's so awful that the WB has chosen now, of all times, to cancel it. It might not have bothered me as much last season, when the show was good, but not great. Now, however, they've hid this great stride with almost every episode being the high quality that you just don't see on reality-show-infested television anymore. Ironically, the WB makes more money off of reality shows than Angel, therefore, the axe.
My average reader might not care, but I do know that my wonderful hostess Kristy gives a damn. It's a sad, sad world without a Joss Whedon show on the airwaves.
For once, I wish I was back in Bowling Green where Angel airs on the normal Wednesday night. For some reason, my town's WB affiliate doesn't show it until Thursday. It's okay, I don't want it to end. We can drag it out.
