10/26/2003: "Venus in Furs"

I just read a book called Venus in Furs for my vampire lit class. The authors' last name is Sacher-Masoch, and I have a strong suspicion that the word "masochism" is derived from his name. It's supposed to be this great classic, but after reading it, I had the distinct impression that I had just spent my afternoon reading a trashy romance novel. There was much foot-kissing and bursting into tears of passion - by the man, no less.

The new layout is almost done, I just need to work on making the content match the layout itself. Keep an eye out.

I don't think it's a classic.
Feet. Not a good thing to want to kiss. I know from exprience, and the guy got a lot of blows to the head. :-)
