09/26/2003: "I love sales"
I just had the best shopping day EVER. Express was having a huge sale, and I got two miniskirts (one is stretchy grey and one is black with grey pinstripes and three buckles across the waist), a pair of pink courderoy pants, and two shirts for less than $80. The pants alone were originally $60, I feel very thrifty. I then bought two pairs of shoes for less than $60, and the best part is, one is a pair of PINK BOOTS. I'm absolutely ecstatic.
I still need to assess my sweater collection and see if anything needs to be taken to the thrift store and decide what I need to add to it this season. Unfortunately, said sweater collection is two hours away at home, and I am at school where it suddenly got COLD. I asked Mom to look through my drawers and send a few things, especially zip-up things, although I'm not entirely sure if I have any zip-up sweaters. There was a navy button-up one at American Eagle that I fell in love with, but I'm waiting to find out if Amy gets the job there so that she can buy it for me with her discount.
I am such a clothes and shoes whore.
