12/29/2002: "Feeling blah"
I absolutely love Forever 21. I can completely indulge in buying glittery, barely there, frilly pieces of clothing and feel satisfied that I hardly spent any money. One of the shirts I bought yesterday was nine dollars. And it wasn't even on sale. I also bought this halter top that comes down over my hips that delights me to no end, it's so different. My mom suggested that maybe it's really a dress, but I put it on for her and demonstrated that it doesn't exactly cover everything that it should without pants on under it. Shannon and I spent an hour and a half in the store, which was so huge I wish she'd had her cell phone on her so I could call her and find out where she was.
Why is it I can pull my hair up in these elaborate twisty things that look amazing when I'm just trying to get my hair out of my eyes at home, but as soon as I try to replicate them to go out, they never look the same?
