10/23/2002: "Ex-boyfriend stories"
I've been remembering stupid things my ex-boyfriends did tonight, and it may be the half-asleep state I'm in, but I'm laughing so hard that I decided to share with everyone.
Ex #1: When he first saw the movie The Matrix, he decided that dressing in solid black was SO COOL, so he went out and bought a solid black wardrobe and wore it for like, the next two years. However, when he first got the clothes, he neglected to save some money for shoes. SO he wore his white sneakers with his black clothes. I'm dying now just thinking about it. Yeah, he's soooo suave.
Ex #2: This boy, upon learning that I don't cook or do laundry or make my bed, told me that if I had any hopes of marrying him, I better domesticate myself. He was dead serious, too. He ALSO told me that I don't have good childbearing hips. Again, totally serious. I am now delighted to find out that Melantha's boyfriend now tells her often that she needs to be domesticated too. Making a mockery of my ex's is just so much fun, especially when other people are doing it.
And may I point out, Ex #2 was 19 and I was 17 when he told me this. Which makes it even more hilarious.
