10/01/2002: "Photographs are up"
I just added sixteen photographs to the new "photography" section. I'm still struggling with the javascript I used, for some reason it's giving me a white border on the top and left of the new window that pops up with the picture in it, and at least one of them is giving me that annoying IE picture shrinker/expander button. Can anyone help?
I don't think I'll be adding any more to this section now that it's up. The sixteen pictures I put up are my favorites. The rest of the prints either didn't develop well (too blurry, no contrast, scratched negatives which were the bane of my existance), are experimental stuff that I never really utilized (one involved making half the picture the positive side and the other half the negative side and was quite a headache) or else disappeared (MUCH to my dismay).
I might take more in the future, my beloved camera is sitting in my closet lonely and neglected. The only thing stopping me is the fact that I don't have access to a darkroom. 3/4 the fun of being a photographer is developing your own pictures. I used to eat my lunch in the photography classroom so that I could eat in 5 minutes and use the rest of the half hour to work. I miss that class (although I DON'T miss the hot guy who flirted with me all semester until I asked him to the Valentine's Day girl-ask-guy dance, after which he never talked to me again).

You need to put leftmargin=0 topmargin=0 under the body tag oneach page for the pictures. It takes out the white border around them. :-)Kristy, Tuesday, October 1st
